Shari Murphee
Chief Executive Officer
Shari is the Chief Executive Officer for Willow Crest Hospital / Moccasin Bend Ranch. She has served several years on the Oklahoma Psychiatric Hospital Association, twice as President, and served 4 years on the Oklahoma Hospital Association Board. Additionally, she served as Treasurer for the Sooner Healthcare Executive Association. Shari received her associate degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Miami, OK, plus her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, OK.
Shari’s passion is to help children and adolescents learn to deal with their mental illness by providing them with the best care possible so they can live healthy and fulfilling lives!

Angela Johnson
Chief Financial Officer
Angela is the Chief Financial Officer for Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch in Miami, OK, and the Vice President of Finance for Vizion Health. LLC. She has over 25 years of experience leading the accounting departments in healthcare entities of all sizes: from a company that provides residential and vocational services to those who are disabled, to an acute care hospital that is now part of one of the largest hospital chains in Oklahoma, to the last inpatient psychiatric hospital in the state of Oklahoma (Willow Crest) that solely specializes in treating children and adolescents.
When Angela is not crunching the numbers at Willow Crest, you will find her spending time with her family and friends!

Crissy Holum
Chief Operations Officer
Christina “Crissy” Holum serves as the Chief Operating Officer, (and the Interim Chief Executive Officer since February 2025.) at Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch, bringing over 16 years of dedicated service to the organization. Throughout her tenure, she has held a variety of leadership roles across multiple department, gaining extensive operational insight and a well-rounded understanding of the facility's inner workings. This comprehensive experience has equipped her with a strategic perspective that informs leadership and supports the hospital's mission of delivering high quality behavioral health care.
In her free time, you will find Crissy chasing her teenage children from activity to activity!

Kelsey Tomlin MSW, LCSW
Director of Clinical Services
Kelsey earned her BSW from Missouri State University in 2014, her MSW from the University of Missouri (Go Tigers!) in 2015, and most recently earned her MBA from Pittsburg State University in 2024. She has ten years of experience in the mental health field, spanning every level of care, with several years being spent as a clinical director. She joined the Willow Crest team in the Spring of 2022 and currently holds an LCSW license in both MO and OK.
When she’s not working with kids or attending class, she enjoys spending time with her family, hammocking, and football is her favorite season!

Grant Linihan
Director of Business Development
Grant has been the Director of Business Development since 2018, and the Vice President of Business Development for Vizion Health, LLC (the company that owns Willow Crest) since 2025. He has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including being Managing Director for the travel therapy and nursing division of the largest home health and hospice company in the country, and being Vice President of Operations for a international healthcare IT consulting firm. At Willow Crest, it is the responsibility of Grant and his team to develop and foster relationships with the facility’s referral sources, assist in government relations and contract negotiation, and identifying potential areas of expansion for the hospital.
In his down time, Grant loves spending time with his family, reading and studying the Bible, playing sports, and being outdoors. He can also be found rooting for the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, and the Oklahoma City Thunder, but since he’s a girl Dad, he hasn’t seen a game in years!

Cole Quick
Director of Plant Operations and Information Technology
Bryan “Cole” Quick has been part of the Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch team for over a decade. As the Director of Plant Operations/Information Technology, he oversees multiple departments (including Maintenance, Dietary, Environmental Services, and Information Technology.) while also leading all the facility’s physical projects and emergency operations plans. Prior to wearing all these hats, Cole was a mental health technician on multiple units here at the hospital, while also working with behavioral health and dementia patients in a long-term care setting as a Patient Care Associate. Additionally, Cole oversaw the remodel of the NEO Health and Wellness Center (an outpatient addiction treatment facility formerly owned by Vizion Health, Willow Crest’s parent company.), and has gained network security and new system implementation experience during his tenure. And just in case you thought Cole might be getting lazy, he’s also President of the Local Emergency Preparedness Committee in Ottawa County, a member of the Regional Medical Response Coalition for Region 2 in Oklahoma and has become fluent in NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency) standard interpretation and CMS regulations for Life Safety and Emergency Preparedness.
When Cole’s not a Willow Crest, he loves being Dad (not just a any Dad, but a Cheer Dad!), spending time with family and friends, and trying to work in the occasional kayaking trip!

Janet Palmer
Director of Human Resources
Janet is a seasoned HR Director for Willow Crest Hospital/Moccasin Bend Ranch, where she brings 24 years of experience in the field of human resources. She earned her SHRM-CP Certification in 2017, and has developed a high level expertise in talent acquisition, benefits administration, insurance regulatory compliance, and employee relations. Janet is committed to fostering a supportive and productive work environment, ensuring that employees are equipped with the resources and guidance they need to succeed and contribute meaningfully to the organization.
When Janet is away from the wonderful world of HR, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching college football! Go Longhorns!

Alicia Bear
Director of Patient Services
Alicia, Director of Patient Services, has been part of the Willow Crest team for 15 years. She began working for Willow Crest as a nurse on the children’s unit, and has since held the positions of Utilization Review, Intake Coordinator, and now leads the Intake, Utilization Review, and Education and Medical Records departments. Over the years she has most enjoyed working directly with the families that reach out to our hospital in crisis and walking with them through the process of finding placement in our facility. This is her heart: to put an end to the crisis in a child or teen’s life.
When she’s not serving those at the hospital, Alicia enjoys spending her free time with her 4 children at their sporting events!
